Reelection of the CCN board: Klaus-J. Zschaage is re-elected as the treasurer of the CCN!
The general meeting confirms its previous offices: Markus Grutzeck (managing director of Grutzeck Software) remains the chairman of the board. Ulf Gimm (Corporate Communications Manager at ProCom-Bestmann) was confirmed as his deputy. Klaus-J. Zschaage (board member at authensis) continues to be responsible for the finances as treasurer. Dr. Martin Schröder (Managing Director at Sympalog Voice Solutions) was chosen as the cash auditor.
