Within a migration project across several sites transitioning a Philips iS3000 communication platform to the Siemens HiPath 3000 successor, the proven authensis ACHAT suite has been ported to this widely used PBX system. Through the simultaneous use of different platforms in one contact center solution, authensis customers can seamless keep their ACHAT contact center solution up and running while transitioning from one platform to another. Thus, authensis protects the investments of its customers and demonstrates the independence of the authensis ACHAT Contact Center Suite once more.

As a leading supplier of platform independent contact centre solutions in Europe authensis has now gained the official certification for its version 8 of the ACHAT Voice Route module on Siemens HiPath 4000 V.4.0 and CAP V.3.0. This innovative module is the ACHAT solution for automatic call distribution (ACD) which places authensis to one of the leading European suppliers in that market segment.

The new developed product enables campaign management as an alternative solution to integrated, merchantable products. The core source of business of the innovative application ACHAT Data will be primarily mid-sized call center operators. The new module of the ACHAT range is designed to be an alternative solution to current ones.
