Dialler and Campaign Management All in Ones

authensis AG, headquartered in Munich, releases for its existing dialler ACHAT Voice Dial a new application named ACHAT Data. The new developed product enables campaign management as an alternative solution to integrated, merchantable products. The core source of business of the innovative application ACHAT Data will be primarily mid-sized call center operators. The new module of the ACHAT range is designed to be an alternative solution to current ones.

The user of ACHAT Data will be able to export own campaign data into the supplied PostgreSQL or Oracle database, to define conversation guides and customer data interfaces, and to install and start campaigns as well. By the definition of conversation guides there are features which allow the integration of customer own applications, to serve them with data, and to assist the customer own implemented processes. Thereby the conversation guides can be created in a simple and intuitional way, based on the normal and current Windows tools and behaviours (i.e. Mouse, Copy & Paste) and principals of WYSIWYG.

Feasible for the implementation of customer own applications are data access via Java-API, remote access by a pre-defined robot category, Windows scripting by WScript class, and the possibility to make use of any Java coding.

The ACHAT Data module consists of the data server and clients for the supervisor as well as agent desk top. All modules will be offered under Windows and Linux operating systems.

There are inherent advantages of the new ACHAT Data solution: price attractiveness by solid tools on a reasonable rate, easy handling, and almost open end options of integration. Mostly smaller and mid-ranged companies kept from purchasing of a tailored made application of campaign management in the past. The new ACHAT Data module of authensis offers an innovative alternative to the markets. Combined with the ACHAT Voice Dial dialler authensis massively leverages and increases the outbound productivity.

The new ACHAT product became very fast a pretty success story: shortly after launch one of the biggest German mail order companies announced the implementation of the new ACHAT suite.
