Certification of ACHAT version 8 on Siemens HiPath 4000 V.4.0 and CAP V.3.0
authensis AG, Munich, strengthens its long term successful compatibility to current communication platforms of Siemens AG. As a leading supplier of platform independent contact centre solutions in Europe authensis has now gained the official certification for its version 8 of the ACHAT Voice Route module on Siemens HiPath 4000 V.4.0 and CAP V.3.0. This innovative module is the ACHAT solution for automatic call distribution (ACD) which places authensis to one of the leading European suppliers in that market segment.
The renewed successful certification – initiated by an authensis key client of the German insurance branch - offers long term security to all standing customers. By gaining an update on the Siemens technology it guarantees the use of the existing ACHAT contact center solution without any restrictions. Beyond that all customers can benefit from the new features of the ACHAT Voice Route version 8.
