authensis ACHAT ACD runs Avaya Tenovis Integral

Platform independence was always strategy and one of the main focused objectives of authensis AG, headquartered in Munich. Now the ACHAT automatic call distribution (ACD) is also available for the Integral 33/55 systems of Avaya Tenovis with which authensis strengthens its long term successful compatibility to current communication platforms and offers its multimedia call center solutions to Avaya Tenovis customers.

The new compatibility of the ACHAT ACD to one of the major players on the telephone infrastructure market is achieved by the new developed ACHAT module Audio which already runs successfully at current authensis customers. Audio acts as evacuated distribution module which delivers platform independent call distribution.

With the new ACHAT Audio module authensis follows its way to develop solutions which run independently from telephone and IT infrastructures. This strategy guarantees investment security to all standing customers which make use of ACHAT solutions - independently which infrastructure will be run in future time periods.
It puts also ACHAT on the option list to new companies to install the ACHAT solution without any restrictions by the current telephone PBXs. This strategy places authensis to one of the leading European suppliers in the ACD market segment.
"The new Audio module underlines our ongoing development efforts into our ACHAT suite and the protection of investment to our standing customers. The ACHAT software suite is one of the most comprehensive and innovative solutions available on the market. It can be used in heterogeneous infrastructures which will be often found after mergers and acquisitions” said Klaus-J. Zschaage, CEO of authensis AG.
