ACHAT Dialer Lifts Up CATI Efficiency

authensis offers market research companies fully integration of its ACHAT predictive dialer into major CATI applications like Odin by NIPO and Quancept by SPSS. CATI stands for computer assisted telephone interviewing a technique in which the interviewer is supported by a script provided by a software application. As an alternative start up package authensis offers its own ACHAT module Data.  

The ACHAT predictive dialer generates outgoing connections. It relieves the agent from dialing, by processing whole call campaigns automatically with predictive and power dialing algorithms and applying preview where appropriate. Fax devices, modems, busy or no-answer are filtered automatically.
