The authensis team represents an extensive knowledge spectrum from the telecommunications and data world. Expert knowledge of contact center technologies including Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), and of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, is just as present as experiences from the introduction of complex business IT systems and the implementation of business processes on IT systems. The knowledge spectrum is completed by business experiences of many years.
During his studies for diploma in industrial engineering in Karlsruhe, Mr. Zschaage worked for several domestic and international companies and managed an IT-company. In 1984 he founded the SOFTEK GmbH in Munich, that he owned and managed until the end of 1998. He established SOFTEK as a supplier of high end and standard call center applications for the german market. In the year 2000 Mr. Zschaage founded authensis AG as a spin off located in Munich and became CEO. From that time period he heads the company on its successful way to be one of the product and technology leaders in the European market of multimedia call and contact centers.
