The Munich based authensis AG has been able to push through in a challenging competition with their ACHAT multi-channel contact center suite. For optimum customer service, authensis will build in the coming weeks at SolarWorld a modern multi-channel contact center solution, based on the existing Cisco UCM infrastructure.
